Their products are actually ok. However, the process was pretty dreadful. The coordinator responsible for our decor was very difficult to communicate with, very slow in reply or at times do not respond at all. For example, he would tell us there would be a draft ready on a certain day, yet he never sends over such a draft until you repeatedly request for it. Another example would be when changes needed to be made and we listed them like items 1-4, he returned a new draft amending only certain items… like he totally dismissed some of them. We ended up doing a lot of the design work on our own, luckily I have sisters that are actually in the design industry (imagine if you don’t know any ai work!). It’s rather frustrating especially when you are trying to organise one of the most important days of your life.
