Chef Koo - Jeffery Koo Ka Chun, the dessert master! After opening his own cooking school at the beginning of this year, his retail shop "Patisserie Jeffery Koo" also known as "PJK" will open on the 26th September! "PJK", located in Chai Wan, is a one stop shop retailer for chocolate & dessert making utensils and ingredients. All our "PJK" branded baking tools, accessories and materials are specially purchased from Europe. In addition, a comprehensive after sales services will be provided to you at your convenience. Also launching, at the same time, will be a new series of chocolate gift packs. The first to launch will be the 'HK 9 Collection' with an unique taste of the Orient. Followed by 'Wisdom of Cacao' and later 'Spectrum of Macaroon'. By special order: Chef Koo can customise a chocolate gift pack for you or your company's special occasion. E-purchase is available now. Where you are able to order any of the baking tools, accessories, materials from anywhere in the world! We will also launch a series of delicious cakes, especially designed by Chef Koo. All orders will require at least two days advanced notice.
