After spending a few years as a software engineer in Silicon Valley, Horace Mui sought to pursue his passion in music and established ME2 Productions in 2002. As talented as he is passionate, Horace is an accomplished vocalist and musician. He has taken part in world-class musical productions both in the States and in Hong Kong, both as a performer and as a producer.

Horace's days in the theatre was in and out of the front and back stage. He played the role of Popeye in June Lovers which was presented in the 40th Hong Kong Arts Festival, participated in the topical musical, Animal Farm, the musical as Moses and supervised Theatre Noir's summer musical projects from 2012 as the music director.

Outside theatre, Horace is one prominent event music director. Over hundreds of functions and events flourished under his direction, a run of over 1000 hours of Jazz, Classical and Pop music performance. Apart from themed weddings, his talent has been enjoyed among the respected social class. From intimate private dinner or launching party for numerous world-leading brands in various industries, to charity gala for local and international organizations like the Chi Heng Foundation, Hong Kong Cancer Fund, Contesa Charity, Hong Kong Juvenile Diabetes Association etc.

Horace is also keen to inspire young generations through music education and established The Show Choir Hong Kong, The Show Choir Junior & Mini in 2009, a youth and children's choir which combines music, choreography and dancing which have gained accomplishment that wowed crowds around Hong Kong. Blush, a female Pop group has topped the US Billboard Dance Chart, while The Show Choir Hong Kong was proudly invited to feature in the concerts of Eason Chan (陳奕迅), Sally Yeh (葉倩文), C AllStar, RubberBand, G.E.M., Justin Lo (側田), Mark Lui (雷頌德) etc. They also had the pleasure to be invited to perform in the Los Angeles and has received six standing ovations for their impressive performance.
